Hi, I’m Anita, a licensed esthetician and the owner of Baer Sun Wax + Brow Studio, based in Killeen, Texas. I specialize in full body waxing, precision brow services, brow laminations, and lash lifts. My goal is to provide consistent, high-quality services in a clean, comfortable, and professional environment where every client feels confident and well taken care of. Please arrive on time for your appointment. - A 10-minute grace period is allowed. - After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. - After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show. Full service charges still apply for late arrivals that result in cancellation. Appointment Preparation To ensure the best results: - Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) - Please arrive with clean skin, free of oils, lotions, or deodorant in the treatment area - Avoid shaving between appointments - Avoid caffeine before waxing if you are sensitive Health & Skin Conditions For your safety, services may be refused or modified if you have: - Open wounds, infections, or skin disorders in the treatment area - Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or use of certain medications (like Accutane) - Sunburned or irritated skin Please inform me of any medications, skin conditions, or allergies prior to your appointment. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional environment while accommodating families: - No extra guest - Up to two children are allowed per client - For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment area during services Kid-friendly amenities are provided for your convenience. I strive to provide a comfortable experience for all clients, so I ask that noise levels and movement are kept to a minimum. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please notify me within 24–48 hours so I can assess and offer a solution if appropriate. Your satisfaction is important, and I will always do my best to ensure quality results. Deposit Policy A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to secure all appointments $59 or less & $30 deposit for any appointments $60 or more. We kindly ask that all clients respect the appointment time reserved exclusively for them by adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policies. - Deposits go toward your total service cost. - Deposits may be transferred one time only if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel late or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
